Behind Bars Bicycle Shop ADVENTURE RIDE

Craving something spicy? Adventure Rides are back for 2025! As the name suggests, this bicycle ride will foster a spirit of adventure and fun, taking you off the beaten path and into the less explored areas of our fine city.

We’ll meet @behindbarsbicycleshop at 6PM, aiming to leave at 6:15.

Along the way, we will investigate urban oddities, jump off things (or watch people jump off things), and stop halfway through for a snack and/or beverage.

Expect 10 to 15 miles of pavement, gravel, and dirt trails (weather permitting). Hazards may include uneven terrain, curb hops, and the like. We will ride at a pace that’s easy for everyone, and we’ll stick together as a group. So don’t worry if you have to get off and walk your bike over some features.

The ride will end back at the shop, with the potential of grabbing a Heggies pizza at the 331 Club down the street.

Every ride at Behind Bars is intended to be a safe space. Please be kind to each other. Behavior that is deemed threatening, racist, homophobic, transphobic, etc. will not be tolerated.
