An Evening with Alexandera Houchin and Mary Ehlers
Join us at our St. Paul location on Tuesday December 13th for a special evening with Alexandera Houchin and Mary Ehlers! These are two incredible Minnesota women on opposite sides of the bikepacking spectrum. Kate Coward will be leading the conversation with opportunities for questions of your own. This event is being co-hosted by the women’s online publication The Town Bicycle.
Join us for refreshments at 6pm with things kicking off at 7pm.
About our guests:
Alexandera Houchin was the winner of the women’s 2700+ mile Tour Divide Mountain Bike Race (2018 & 2019). She’s currently the single speed women’s record holder for the Arizona Trail, Colorado Trail and the Tour Divide. She is a citizen of the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Ojibwe and her reservation is located 20 miles west of Lake Superior in northern Minnesota.
Mary Ehlers was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota. She got her start in cycling as a year round bike commuter. When the pandemic forced her and her two children to work from home, she needed a break and entered the ‘21 Great Divide Mountain Bike Race, her first solo cycling adventure. She has since completed the Colorado Trail Race and has plans to ride the Arizona Trail in ‘23
