
Bloomington Balance Bike Races
A balance bike race is a thrilling event where young children showcase their balance and riding skills on balance bikes, which are non-pedal bikes designed to help kids learn how to balance and steer before transitioning to traditional bicycles.
Who: These races are for youth ages 2 – 6.
Equipment: Every participant must supply their own balance bike (no pedals) and helmet.
When: 9 – 11 a.m. (see schedule below). The summer circuit will wrap up with an event at the grand opening of the new Tretbaugh Bike Skills Park!
Registration and Fees: FREE program but registration is required. Register online at Webtrac.
