Global Fat Bike Day Ride
Hosted by Michael’s Cycles Chaska
Join Michael’s Cycles for a fun day of riding that starts with a 9 AM ride through the Louisville Swamp. Mileage can vary from 10-20 miles and will have multiple groups based on pace. This is an out and back route mostly, so there are ideal points to turn back when you have ridden enough. We are planning to have a bonfire out on the route for you to stop and enjoy. Upon our return to the Chaska shop the staff will have a pancake & sausage breakfast prepared for us. OJ and coffee also provided. All riders will receive a raffle ticket for an opportunity to win some nice gifts. Once you are fueled back up it will be time for round two. Those who want to ride more will head up from Chaska to Shakopee for a stop at Shakopee Brew Hall, and then onto Badger Hill Brewing. Those that wish to end there we recommend leaving a vehicle and shuttling with friends down to the Chaska Michael’s shop. Parking is available in front of the Chaska shop, behind the shop, or on the side streets before/after the shop. If you’d like to grab a delicious pastry and coffee before the ride we recommend visiting our friends at Red Bench Bakery in Chaska.
