Minneapolis Public Art Tour (A Repeat of July 27th’s Ride)

Midtown Greenway and Chain of Lakes

Tuesday October 5 at 10 AM – Approximate 2.5-3 hour duration.

14-mile ride

Start and end at the Longfellow Grille (2990 W. River Road Parkway).

On-street parking is available nearby or ride to join us there. The tour will be led by Greg Ingraham, a local artist, and landscape architect. We will start with an overview of the Minneapolis Public Art Program. On the bicycle tour, we will view art along River Road, the Midtown Greenway, and Bde Maka Ska, including Wish You Were Here, Personal Journeys, Return Journey, the Sabo Bridge, Brave Change, and others. A 14-mile ride taking 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
