Friday Aug 23 – Kick off party at the Mankato Brewery, 1119 Center St, North Mankato, starting at 4pm. Come check out the local biking groups that will be present and than hang out on the patio. Enjoy free live music from Colby Straka from 6-8pm.

Saturday Aug 24 & Sunday Aug 25:

There is no defined starting location, no set start time, and no set direction. Build-your-own Sakatah sleepover by camping or finding a hotel it in these participating towns!

Ride your bike on the DNR managed Sakatah Trail and visit the seven towns and their local businesses along all 39 paved miles.

After you register below you will get a list of all the highlighted businesses in the participating towns. Towns may also opt to host other bike/walk events that we will update you on as soon we know more.

For example on Saturday in Mankato, they will be highlighting what makes up their rich bike culture with their bike polo team, Mankato Area Mountain Bikers, Mankato BMX, Key City Bike, and 2 other bike shops in town.On Sunday in Mankato they’re hosting River Valley 100 with multi route options including road and gravel ride (additional registration required).
