Plan for a road ride starting at 15 miles and extending to longer routes with more daylight. There are two paced groups each week.

Spicy Sauce Group: Averaging 14-16 MPH and exploring the vast city trails of Minneapolis and St. Paul. Rides average 20 to 25 miles per week.

Mild Sauce Group: Averaging 11-13 MPH and exploring Minneapolis and St. Paul. Rides average 15 to 20 miles per week.

Meet at Headflyer Brewing (861 E Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55414) at 5:45 p.m. and a 6:00 p.m. rollout.

About the Ride: These rides are independent and you can choose to ride with the group or on our own. Please note you as an individual rider are responsible for yourself and riding safely. If you ride with the group please be prepared to get yourself to the dinner destination on your own accord if you get disconnected from the group. Routes are published on Monday, before the ride. There are no sweeps, so it can be a drop ride. A stop will be taken midway while riding to order dinner on the app from the restaurant. This is in effort to allow them adequate time to prepare the meals prior to our arrival and assist with time management. The goal is to push the pedals and have social time at the restaurant. Please note, not all riders have dinner, and some choose to roll on when we stop. This is a ride you can join for as much or as little as you like. Some riders head home from the dinner stop and the remaining riders head back to the Headflyer Brewing for the finish of the ride. All riders should have a helmet, lights and a lock.

We’re stopping at restaurants in the city and bike theft is common, be vigilant.

Parking: There is off street parking at Headflyer Brewing. Please be courteous and park in the rear of the lot as we will be leaving and returning to the site. Post ride a few riders typically end the ride with a pint if you feel inclined.
